This policy explains how you may use assistresearc.top and what is prohibited when uploading, summarizing, or exporting content.

Our tools may generate outputs that reference or quote source material. You are responsible for ensuring the output is used lawfully and does not infringe third-party rights.
2) Prohibited conduct
- Accessing, scraping, bypassing, or attempting to bypass paywalls, access controls, or subscription restrictions of third-party services.
- Uploading or sharing pirated copies, leaked manuscripts, or content obtained through unauthorized access.
- Using the service to promote, facilitate, or conceal copyright infringement (including distributing infringing summaries intended to substitute for lawful access).
- Removing copyright notices, watermarks, or license information from materials.
- Requesting the system to reproduce substantial portions of copyrighted works beyond what you are permitted to use.
3) Rights-holder notice (takedown request)
If you believe content on or generated via our service infringes your copyright or related rights, contact us with: (a) your name and contact details, (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed, (c) where the material appears (URLs, screenshots, or other identifiers), (d) an explanation of the basis for your claim, and (e) a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may request additional information to verify your request.

4) Repeat infringement and account actions
We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations of this policy, applicable law, or third-party rights, and may preserve information as required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
